We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and common areas always spotless. The hotel facilities were modern and fun, creating a lively atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the restaurant, with its delicious food and great service. The staff, including Wynn, Santiago, Eddie, and Sele, were all wonderful and made us feel incredibly welcome. They even went the extra mile to book our travel to and from the hotel, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the main area of el poblado, with plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.
Nothing to dislike.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was absolutely incredible with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel facilities, especially the rooftop jacuzzi and sunbathing area, were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding greenery. The decor throughout the hotel was stunning and added a touch of luxury to our stay. We also loved the convenience of the phone in the room that controlled everything and booked taxis. this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided an amazing experience.
There was nothing we didn't like.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The location was out of this world, just down the road from the main entertainment area of Poblado. Plus, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, helpful, and attentive to my needs. The breakfast spread was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The location of this hotel is tough to beat. We were steps away from all the restaurants and bars that Provenza has to offer and within a couple of minutes in a very pretty area of El Poblado. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast provided was outstanding, and we were greeted with a complimentary cocktail upon arrival.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
