We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff, at all levels, went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in a safe area with easy access to bars, restaurants, and transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided were great. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot and cold items, fresh fruits, and a pleasant dining area. the staff, location, cleanliness, and breakfast were the best aspects of our stay.

The location was perfect, very close to the bustling Parque Lleras in El Poblado.
