We loved the hotel's convenient location in a great neighborhood, right across from a luxury shopping mall. The staff was incredibly helpful, guiding us to the mall and answering all our requests through WhatsApp. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety to choose from, and the restaurant and housekeeping staff provided excellent customer service. The renovated rooms and spacious bathrooms added a touch of luxury.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to Santafe mall and convenient to all the shops. It's near everything you may need and the transportation options are excellent. The cleanliness is exceptional and the hotel facilities are top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure all needs are met. The breakfast options are diverse and delicious.
