The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to restaurants, bars, and the metro station, allowing easy access to explore the city. Additionally, being situated on the mountains provided scenic views. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel offers free coffee and tea in the lobby, which is unique in Colombia. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable. The staff at the reception was super friendly and very helpful. The location is great, close to restaurants, bars, and shops, as well as the metro station to explore the city.

Additionally, the staff was exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming family-like atmosphere during our stay.
