We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major advantage, as it was just a few steps away from Santa Fe Mall and in the heart of El Poblado. We were also pleased to find that there was parking available, making it convenient for us to explore the area. Furthermore, the staff members, particularly Jaime at the bar, Santiago, Lady. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel was located in a very safe area, away but not far from the main busy street in Poblado. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We also found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous.

We loved the location in El Poblado, a safe and vibrant part of town with plenty of nightlife and restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a fantastic pool area at the entrance. The breakfast was delicious, offering a range of options including made-to-order eggs and fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of.

No soundproofing in the rooms. Cleaning staff knocking on the door early in the morning.
