I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to Poblado park and just a short walk to the metro station. There were plenty of good restaurants nearby, including one with a stunning glassed walled design. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided at the nearby restaurant was delicious. The staff, from the breakfast cooks to Christian at reception, were fantastic. We especially enjoyed the spaciousness of the room, with a kitchen, sitting area, and large bathroom/dressing room. The location was also great, as it was close to all the restaurants in El Poblado and just a short walk from the metro station. This hotel is in a nice area and close to everything in this city.

The location of this hotel in El Poblado was perfect for me. It was close to everything, including good restaurants and even Poblado park. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic, with a spacious apartment that had a comfortable bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen. The staff was really helpful, especially Alexandra, who spoke English fluently. The breakfast provided was outstanding and there was even a laundry service available.
There was nothing I didn't like.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the location, close to the metro, Poblado park, supermarket, and other amenities in the area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
